Why JANO?

Jano was the Roman God of doorways, gates and avenues. He was often
depicted with two faces: one surveying the past and the other looking
forwards at great challenges in the future.

We have chosen this name because Jano looks at the past (IPv4) and at
the future (IPv6), providing transition solutions from one to the other.
